Yup, he's now up and on top of everything - even my poor printer. This lead to his first walking-related injury: he tried to stand using the pottie, slipped, and gave himself a nice bonk on the head on the bathroom floor. This lead to a bit of tears, but we got over it.
All is lost now.

yep, max pulled up for the first time the day he turned 8 months. two days later he figured out that he could walk while holding onto furniture. after that, there was no stopping him. his favorite thing now is pulling up on my pant legs while i'm in the kitchen... and standing up while bracing himself with only his hands on a flat surface like the back door or the kitchen cabinets... and suddenly letting go of things because he thinks he can stand up on his own. which he can, for about 3 seconds.
this is such a stressful age. i'm almost ready for max to just walk already so i don't constantly worry that he'll fall and hit his head because he can't stand up well.
